STREET brings the vibrant energy of China’s bustling street markets to Plano, Texas, reimagined through the artistry of Chef Jimmy Li. Located at Legacy Hall (7800 Windrose Ave.), STREET opened its doors on April 8, 2025, offering a bold, modern take on authentic street food classics—think guo tie potstickers crafted with premium ingredients and masterful technique.
Led by Chef Jimmy Li, a 2023 James Beard Award Semifinalist for Outstanding Chef, STREET is the latest chapter in a culinary journey that began with ShangHai Taste. Acclaimed by Eater as one of the “38 Essential Restaurants” and featured in The New York Times, ShangHai Taste set the standard for Shanghainese cuisine in Las Vegas and Plano. Now, with STREET, Li and his dedicated team expand their vision, blending tradition with innovation to celebrate the soul of Chinese street culture.
